Present era

Today, a disease that seems to be spreading all around is self-indulgence. This disease prevalent in different sections of the society is seen in the form of talents and somewhere in the form of war. Whatever happens to this disease, it is drowned, other people are also harmed on many levels.

By Research

This the peak of complacency was treated as a disease in psychology, and an essay titled "On Narcissism" was also written by Sigmund Freud, a world-renowned psychologist for his psychology research. Later it was made a part of the curriculum of psychology and today it is a subject of research as an important assumption.

In American culture, the way of praising someone or saying I am doing well, or I deserved it, is in vogue, whereas in India it is taught to be humble on an achievement. But in this race of modernization, being proud or just looking, is being taught to be proud of oneself. Proud is positive, but in the absence of inspection, today the patients of this anomalous disease are increasing in large numbers. In psychology, it is called NPD ie Narcissism Personality Disorder. Indian culture is taught to be hesitant about being praised, but nowadays these qualities are not considered to be smart.

It is a psychological disease, but often the person suffering from it and the people around it, even if they say it only in ego or present-day language, make a distance from that person by understanding the attitude. The person suffering from this disease has such a sense of self-feeling towards himself that he sees evil everywhere in the world. Such a person does not see anyone more beautiful than himself, more intelligent than himself, superior and knowledgeable. He has a tendency to do evil and deny every person thing and thought. Doctors say that such people can’t be friends of anyone, nor are they respected in the family, because I feel they are their slaves because of the strong sense of the best, and their family and social life is scattered lives.

How Self Confidence different from Narcissistic?

1. Narcissism is self-focused, while confidence is not.

2. Narcissism craves affirmation, while confidence does not seek to prove itself.

3. Narcissism exploits others, while confidence lifts others up.

4. Narcissism avoids blame, while confidence is willing to admit fault.

5. Narcissism breeds narrow-mindedness, while confidence breeds perspective.

The person suffering from this disease also suffers from the desire to look different and unique. And in this desire every exclusive thing draws him towards him and he fulfills his hobbies without spending his attention on his pocket because he has to be the center of attraction everywhere. In this process, the person is stressed, also those around. He/ She runs towards the market to relieve the tension arising out of this complacency and then the new tension, when it becomes an endless series, causes serious negativity in his personality. They remain unaware of the fact that inner beauty is also a shay and personality has its own effect.

A person with NPD gets ridiculous in trying to prove himself superior by resorting to jealousy, malice, texture, exaggerating his abilities. According to a survey, psychological reasons are found behind all types of crime, of which NPD is also a reason. Seeing their sense of self-respect not getting respect in the eyes of others, such a person becomes depressed, and gradually criminal activities start taking place in them.

Too much attention to oneself, too hungry to be praised, too much interference in everyone's life, too much to keep an eye on others' way of life, relationships, etc. and remove flaws in them to prove them to be inferior to others, ridiculing others. Flying is also a common symptom that points towards this disease.

People suffering from this disease lack self-confidence and want to remain the center of attraction by resorting to the same deficiency. People also recognize the spirit of such people by giving them a regular dose of false true compliments and by confirming their feelings and take a selfish interest.
